Orders and Shipping
Orders within the USA typically arrive within 2 business days with express shipping and 5–7 business days with ground shipping.
All orders are processed within 24 hours, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your package ships.

No, we do not store your credit card information. For your security, all payments are processed through a secure, encrypted system, and we do not see or retain your card number.
Yes, we charge sales tax where applicable. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and will be added during checkout in accordance with local tax laws.
Yes, we ship worldwide! No matter where you’re located, we’ll do our best to get your order to you. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
We do our best to ship all items in one package. However, in some cases, items may arrive in separate shipments—especially if part of your order is temporarily out of stock or shipping from a different location. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that we do not offer a free return service. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you received the wrong item, we apologize for the mistake. Please email us at Sales@elieballeh.com to request an (RMA) (Return Merchandise Authorization), and we’ll assist you with the return process.

Pre-order availability depends on the item. Designer Elie Balleh typically does not repeat designs, but if a particular design is in very high demand, we may offer the option to pre-order. If pre-ordering is available, you will be notified and can reserve the item.
