At Elie Balleh, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

– You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
– Please note that we do not offer a free return service. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Process

– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process.
– You will need to provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
– After receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
